Refund & Returns Policy
We want every CarbonXtreme customer to understand our return process clearly before and after purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, product issues, test-fits, and return shipping are handled, so each case can be reviewed fairly and consistently.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused, not permanently installed, not modified, complete, and approved through our return authorization process before it is shipped back.
"Not permanently installed" means the item has not been drilled, trimmed, sanded, glued, painted, wrapped, fastened for final use, driven with, or altered in any way that may affect its resale condition.
2. Non-Quality-Related Returns
We accept eligible non-quality-related returns within 30 days of delivery when the item remains in returnable condition.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-quality-related reasons include, but are not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- Personal or financial circumstances.
- Ordering the wrong item.
- Choosing the wrong model, finish, side, quantity, or configuration.
- Selling the vehicle.
- Changing or cancelling the build plan.
- No longer needing the part.
- Deciding to purchase elsewhere.
- Any other reason unrelated to product quality, shipping damage, missing items, or a fulfillment error by CarbonXtreme.
These returns are accepted to give customers a fair return window. At the same time, if the product was delivered as ordered and the reason for return is not caused by CarbonXtreme, return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.
3. Test-Fit Before Installation
For automotive carbon fiber parts, we strongly recommend a clean test-fit before final installation.
A test-fit means carefully comparing and positioning the part on the vehicle before drilling, trimming, sanding, applying adhesive, painting, wrapping, fastening the part for final use, driving with the part installed, or making any permanent change.
If you discover a fitment issue during a clean test-fit, contact us before final installation. If the item remains undamaged, unmodified, unmarked, complete, and suitable for return inspection, we will review the case under this policy.
If the item is scratched, damaged, drilled, trimmed, sanded, painted, wrapped, glued, modified, permanently installed, driven with, or otherwise altered in a way that affects resale condition, we may be unable to approve the return, or a deduction may apply where permitted by law.
4. Product Issues We Take Responsibility For
If the issue is caused by a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, missing item, or wrong item sent by CarbonXtreme, we will take responsibility for the appropriate solution.
Depending on the case, the solution may include replacement, replacement parts, repair support, partial refund, full refund after return, or reasonable return shipping coverage where applicable.
To help us review the case, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number, clear photos or videos, packaging photos where relevant, and vehicle or installation details if fitment is involved.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for standard return unless there is a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, missing item, or fulfillment error by CarbonXtreme:
- Installed or used items.
- Modified items.
- Items that have been drilled, trimmed, sanded, painted, wrapped, glued, repaired, or altered.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Items with scratches, marks, adhesive residue, missing hardware, missing accessories, missing packaging, or missing protective materials that affect resale condition.
- Custom or personalized items, including custom weave, finish, paint, color, engraving, or special configuration.
- Final-sale or clearance items when clearly stated on the product page.
- Partial returns of bundles or kits unless approved by CarbonXtreme.
6. Refunds and Return Shipping
After we receive the returned item, we normally complete inspection within 3 to 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your bank, card provider, or payment platform may require additional time to post the refund.
For non-quality-related returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is also responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. If a non-quality-related return is shipped freight collect, billed to CarbonXtreme, or arranged by CarbonXtreme at the customer's request, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable product amount, unless prohibited by applicable law.
For confirmed product defects, shipping damage, missing items, or fulfillment errors by CarbonXtreme, we will review the case and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Customers should use a trackable and insured return shipping method. Returns lost or damaged in transit because of insufficient packaging, missing tracking, or uninsured shipping may affect refund eligibility.
7. Local Consumer Rights
We respect applicable local consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply to your purchase.
