This website is operated by CarbonXtreme Co., Limited (“CarbonXtreme”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this site and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Intellectual Property statement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
• Orders and accounts may be subject to fraud screening and verification.

2) Product Information & Fitment

• We strive for accurate descriptions and imagery; however, due to batch variations and display differences, reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply.
• Installation: Carbon fiber components should be installed by experienced professionals. We are not responsible for damage or costs arising from improper installation.
• Material characteristics:
  • Wet Carbon: Minor flexibility or warp may occur upon arrival due to manufacturing and transit. Light alignment, reinforcement, or using self-tapping screws during professional installation is an accepted industry practice and not a quality defect.
  • Dry Carbon: Dimensional stability and fitment are prioritized. If we verify a material deformation or structural twist that prevents correct installation under reasonable procedures, we will address it per policy. Normal tolerance-range variances, cosmetic fine-tuning, or issues caused by improper installation are not defects.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are shown on the site and may change at any time.
• All orders are finally settled in USD (United States Dollars). Any other currencies shown are for reference only; the final charge is in USD at checkout.
• Order totals may include product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes or fees as shown at checkout.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or stock error, we may cancel prior to dispatch and refund you in full.

4) Orders & Contract Formation

• Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we confirm and move the order into preparation or dispatch.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasonable causes, including stock, compliance, or fraud risk (paid orders will be refunded).
• Backorders & Pre-orders: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you with an estimated production/restock timeline. For mixed orders, we ship together when all items are ready. If you request split shipment, additional shipping fees may apply.

5) Payment & Security

• We support the payment methods listed at checkout and process transactions over encrypted channels.
• Additional verification may be required and can affect processing times.

6) Shipping & Delivery (Summary)

• We ship via international carriers such as DHL / UPS / FedEx; P.O. Boxes are not supported.
• Typical transit is 2–7 business days, subject to destination and carrier performance.
• We coordinate customs clearance with professional logistics partners to support a smooth handover.
• Delivery & Risk: Once the carrier marks a shipment as Delivered, the order is fulfilled and risk transfers to the recipient.

7) Returns & Refunds (Summary)

• Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
• No returns without cause: We do not support no-reason returns (e.g., changed mind, vehicle sold, wrong model). Resale via appropriate channels is recommended. If a return is still requested, round-trip shipping and warehouse/handling fees will be deducted.
• RMA required: Contact us for authorization and instructions before sending any return.

8) Warranty & Liability

• Except as required by law, we provide no additional warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses (including labor for installation/removal, loss of time or profit) to the extent permitted by law.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order (excluding sums already refunded).

9) Intellectual Property & Images

• This site and its contents (text, images, code, design) are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No reproduction, modification, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent.
• Image materials: We respect intellectual property. If any image or material provided by suppliers or external sources raises a rights concern, please contact sales@carbonxtrem.com. Upon valid notice and verification, we will promptly remove the content. We do not accept liability for unintentional use of third-party content.

10) Intellectual Property Disclaimer (Style/Inspired)

Certain “Style” or “Design” products offered on this website are developed as compatible or alternative solutions inspired by third-party designs. All trademarks, product names, and design rights remain the property of their respective owners. CarbonXtreme is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BMW AG, Maxton Design, Alpha N, or any other third-party brand. References such as “XX Style” or “Inspired” are used solely to describe styling references and compatibility, and do not imply any official approval. Rights holders can contact sales@carbonxtrem.com; upon verification, we will promptly remove any disputed content.

11) Prohibited Conduct

• Using the site in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Interfering with site security, operation, or data integrity.
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing content without authorization.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent payment or risk controls.

12) Export Compliance & Sanctions

You agree not to use our products or technology for prohibited purposes or ship to sanctioned regions or parties.

13) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, strikes, customs delays, or network/supply disruptions), though we will use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect upon posting on this site.
