This website is operated by CarbonXtreme Co., Limited ("CarbonXtreme", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using this site and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and intellectual property notices.

These Terms are written to keep expectations clear for both customers and CarbonXtreme. They do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under local law.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Orders and accounts may be subject to fraud screening, payment verification, and risk review.

2. Product Information, Fitment & Installation

• We work to provide accurate product descriptions, images, fitment information, and configuration options. However, batch variation, vehicle variation, previous bodywork, display differences, and installation method may affect the final result.
• Carbon fiber parts should be test-fitted before final installation. A clean test-fit means carefully comparing and positioning the part on the vehicle before drilling, trimming, sanding, applying adhesive, painting, wrapping, fastening the part for final use, driving with the part installed, or making any permanent change.
• Professional installation is strongly recommended for automotive carbon fiber components. We are not responsible for damage, labor costs, removal costs, re-installation costs, paint costs, wrap costs, or other incidental expenses caused by improper installation, modification, or use.
• Wet carbon parts may require reasonable installer-level adjustment due to their manufacturing characteristics, packaging, long-distance transit, and vehicle-side variation.
• Dry carbon parts are produced with dimensional stability and fitment priority. If we verify a material deformation or structural issue that prevents correct installation under reasonable professional installation procedures, we will review the case under our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Normal manufacturing tolerances, minor cosmetic fine-tuning, clean test-fitting, or installer-level adjustment do not automatically qualify as product defects.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are shown on the site and may change at any time.
• All orders are finally settled in USD (United States Dollars). Any other currencies shown are for reference only, and the final charge is shown at checkout.
• Order totals may include product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout.
• Duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, and destination-specific costs may vary by country, product type, and shipping route. Where such charges apply and are not collected at checkout, they may remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• In the event of an obvious pricing, product, shipping, or stock error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund the amount paid.

4. Orders, Backorders & Pre-Orders

• Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we confirm and move the order into preparation, production, or dispatch.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasonable causes, including stock availability, product availability, payment verification, fraud risk, compliance risk, address issues, or obvious system error. Paid orders cancelled by CarbonXtreme will be refunded.
• If an item is unavailable, backordered, made to order, or requires additional preparation time, we will provide an estimated production or ready-to-ship timeline.
• If we cannot ship within the communicated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and, where required by applicable law, the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped item for a refund.
• For mixed orders containing ready and non-ready items, we may ship together when all items are ready unless a split-shipment arrangement is agreed separately. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

5. Payment & Security

• We support the payment methods listed at checkout and process transactions through encrypted payment channels.
• Additional payment, identity, or fraud verification may be required and may affect processing times.
• We do not ask customers to provide full payment card details through email or direct message.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Transit time depends on the selected shipping route, product size, destination, and checkout rate. Small and medium FedEx/DHL air shipments are typically estimated at 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Large parts, XL freight, heavy freight, and sea freight follow the shipping method shown at checkout, on the product page, or in our Shipping Policy.
• Transit time begins after dispatch, not immediately after checkout. Order review, fitment confirmation, production, preparation, quality control, packing, and crate preparation may take additional time where applicable.
• We use international logistics partners and carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, freight forwarders, or specialist freight routes depending on the item and destination.
• P.O. Boxes may not be supported for many shipments, especially large or freight items.
• For most destinations, CarbonXtreme coordinates customs clearance through logistics partners where available. Destination procedures, duties, taxes, and documentation requirements can still vary by country and route.
• When a carrier marks an order as delivered to the address provided at checkout, the shipment is normally treated as delivered. Please inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If the package is missing, visibly damaged, incorrectly delivered, or the product appears damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product so we can review the case and work with the carrier where needed.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Return requests for eligible items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must remain unused, not permanently installed, not modified, complete, and approved through our return authorization process before it is shipped back.
• Non-quality-related returns may be accepted when the item meets our return conditions, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Confirmed product defects, shipping damage, missing items, and fulfillment errors are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Items that have been permanently installed, used, damaged, drilled, trimmed, sanded, glued, painted, wrapped, modified, or otherwise altered in a way that affects resale condition may be declined for return or subject to deductions where permitted by applicable law.

8. Warranty & Liability

• Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated by CarbonXtreme in writing, we provide no additional warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, or legal guarantees that apply to your purchase under local law.
• To the extent permitted by law, CarbonXtreme is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential losses, including labor for installation or removal, loss of time, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, rental costs, towing costs, storage fees, or third-party workshop charges.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, excluding sums already refunded, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property & Images

• This site and its contents, including text, images, code, layout, design, graphics, and product presentation, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• No reproduction, modification, resale, scraping, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent from CarbonXtreme.
• We respect intellectual property rights. If any image, text, design reference, or material on this site raises a rights concern, please contact us through our Contact page with the relevant details. Upon valid notice and verification, we will review the matter and take appropriate action, which may include correction or removal.

10. Intellectual Property Disclaimer for Style and Inspired Products

Certain "Style", "Design", or "Inspired" products offered on this website are developed as compatible or alternative styling solutions. All trademarks, product names, model names, design rights, and brand references remain the property of their respective owners.

CarbonXtreme is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BMW AG, Maxton Design, Alpha N, or any other third-party brand unless expressly stated in writing. References such as "Style", "Design", "Inspired", model names, or vehicle names are used solely to describe styling reference, compatibility, or intended vehicle application, and do not imply official approval.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the site in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Interfering with site security, operation, data integrity, or payment systems.
• Scraping, copying, redistributing, or commercially using site content without authorization.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent payment, fraud, risk, or account controls.
• Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent claims, chargebacks, return requests, or shipping claims.

12. Export Compliance & Sanctions

You agree not to use our products, services, or technology for prohibited purposes or ship, resell, transfer, or make them available to sanctioned regions, restricted parties, or prohibited end uses.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, customs delays, port congestion, carrier disruption, supply disruption, government action, network failures, or payment system disruption. Where practical, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the impact and keep customers informed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect upon posting on this site, unless a different effective date is stated.
