Fitment

The folding carbon bucket seat is fitted to the Porsche 992.2 GT3 and 992.2 GT3 Touring. This build is being developed for those cars.

If you are looking for a fixed back carbon bucket for a 911, Cayman, Boxster or current Panamera, that seat is already in production. See our 918 style full bucket seats.

Folding Back, Not Fixed

A folding bucket has a hinged backrest, so the seat folds forward for access behind it. A full bucket, the 918 style, has the backrest bonded to the shell and it does not fold. The two are different seats with different shells, and one is not a substitute for the other.

Where This Is

Development is under way and we estimate completion in December 2026. Until a seat has been built, fitted and inspected, we are not publishing a specification, a material list or a price. When those are confirmed, this page becomes the product page.
