Where to find your tracking number

Every order has an order status page. The link is in your order confirmation email, and the same page updates with your tracking number and carrier the moment your order is dispatched. If you created an account at checkout, the Orders page in your account shows the same information.

How long delivery takes

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are prepared on the next business day, and Friday orders may leave on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Standard shipping: most US orders arrive 8 to 11 days after the order date, and UK and EU orders 8 to 14 days. Other countries and regions can take a little longer, and the expected window is in the email you receive at dispatch.

Express upgrades: DHL Express 2 to 5 business days, FedEx 4 to 8 business days, counted from the dispatch date. Express orders go to the front of our preparation queue, and the upgrade shortens the journey after dispatch.

Made-to-order items: production time is stated on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation. The timelines above begin once production is complete.

Large parts by ocean freight (hoods, trunk lids, seats and other oversized items): after your order is ready, booking space on a vessel takes 6 to 8 days. Expedited ocean transit is about 15 days and standard ocean transit about 22 days. Final delivery by truck or courier takes another 3 to 5 days after arrival and customs release. Ocean freight tracking updates at each stage rather than daily.

Busy periods

During order peaks, dispatch can take longer than the windows above. If your order is affected, you receive an email from us with the revised dispatch date, and you always know where your order stands.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are included in every shipping option shown at checkout, and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
