Installer Program
Join the CarbonXtreme network to gain steady install traffic, transparent rewards, and a delivery experience your premium customers can trust. We don’t undercut channels: clear attribution, enforced MAP, and simple reconciliation enable long-term win–win partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
- Performance workshops, body/paint & wrap shops, regional resellers, and independent e-commerce.
- Teams that care about mirror-grade clearcoat, edge finishing, weave symmetry, and install efficiency.
- Shops with a named aftersales contact and basic response capability.
Cooperation Models
A) D2C with Installer Selection (CarbonXtreme sells; Partner installs)
- Cash flow: Customer pays product to CarbonXtreme (retail price). Customer pays install labor to Partner (100% belongs to the Partner).
- Referral reward: When the order is attributable to the Partner (see “Attribution & No-Conflict Rules”), CarbonXtreme pays a referral reward to the Partner.
- Best for shops that don’t want to hold inventory but can guide customers to buy on CarbonXtreme and install locally.
B) Wholesale / Dealer-Fulfilled (Partner buys; Partner sells)
- Cash flow: Partner buys from CarbonXtreme at wholesale (or requests drop-ship). Customer pays product + install labor to Partner (subject to MAP).
- Margin structure: CarbonXtreme earns wholesale margin; Partner earns dealer spread + install labor.
- Best for volume-capable shops and regional resellers that prefer to control the sale and stock.
C) Lead Pass (CarbonXtreme hands off the lead)
- Flow: Customer submits a request on CarbonXtreme → we pass the lead to a nearby Partner to close offline.
- Cash flow: Customer pays the entire order (product + install) to Partner. Partner pays CarbonXtreme a lead commission.
- Best for custom/complex jobs or regions where the Partner can close the loop faster.
Non-Negotiables (Our Red Lines)
- Referral rewards only when attribution is established.
- Install labor is 100% the Partner’s revenue in all models; CarbonXtreme does not take a labor cut.
- MAP enforcement: public pricing may not go below CarbonXtreme’s MAP. Violations suspend supply and rebates.
- Warranty boundaries: material/functional defects handled by CarbonXtreme (12–24h response; 3–5 business days to propose resolution). Workmanship/installation issues are the Partner’s responsibility.
Attribution & No-Conflict Rules
An order is considered Partner-attributed if any one of the following is true:
- Customer orders via the Partner’s unique code or UTM link on CarbonXtreme.
- Customer selects the Partner as the installer prior to checkout (when this feature is enabled).
- Customer already purchased on CarbonXtreme and the Partner files a post-match within 7 days (chat/booking evidence), verified by CarbonXtreme.
Priority: Code/UTM > Checkout selection > 7-day post-match (only one reward per order).
No reward for CarbonXtreme’s own organic/paid orders that do not meet the above. The Partner still keeps 100% of install labor.
Reconciliation: CarbonXtreme issues a monthly attributed-order statement; payout follows on the fixed date next month.
