Available as a standalone panel or as a complete kit paired with our illuminated centre console badge, this is the upgrade that ties the entire console together.

Engineered from premium ABS with a choice of gloss black or carbon fibre pattern finish, it connects directly to the factory ambient harness, synchronising colour and brightness with your iDrive ambient settings without any coding or wiring work.

  • Panel: the illuminated surround on its own, in gloss black or carbon fibre pattern.
  • Full Kit: the illuminated surround plus the illuminated centre console badge, for $30 more than the panel.
  • Centre Badge: 3 or M3 Competition for the G20 3 Series and G80 M3, 4 or M4 Competition for the G22 4 Series and G82 M4.

Fitment Note: Designed for automatic transmission, left-hand drive BMW G-chassis vehicles.

Before You Order: Installation Expectations

  • Most installations involve removing trim around the centre console and connecting to the factory wiring. The trim clips are tight, and panels can be marked if they are not removed with care.
  • We recommend an installer with experience in BMW interior trim and wiring. If you are fitting it yourself, please follow an installation tutorial and allow extra time.
  • Any install time we quote refers to an experienced installer. A first-time install usually takes longer.
  • CarbonXtreme does not cover installation, labour or shop charges. Please check the expected time, difficulty and cost with your installer before ordering.
