Heritage Pattern fabric occupies the vertical center strip of the backrest and the rear-center of the cushion. All surrounding surfaces, including the bolsters, sides, and front cushion, are wrapped in German-imported OEM Merino leather.

Fitment and Installation
Direct fitment is confirmed for the G80 M3, G82 M4, and G87 M2, subject to final confirmation of the vehicle specification before production. For the F80, F82, and F87, the installer transfers the original computer module from the factory seat, and the exact car must be confirmed before ordering. Every other chassis, including F90, G90, F92, F93, F06, BMW M SUVs, XM, Z4 G29, and Toyota GR Supra A90, requires fitment confirmation before ordering. We collect your vehicle model, production year, chassis code, steering side, and market specification on this page. Installation must be completed by a qualified workshop.
Heritage Pattern: Choose Your Family
The Heritage Pattern fabrics are sourced from a European fabric house, in three families. Choose your family, browse that family's swatch chart, then tell us your exact pattern code. We confirm your pattern with you before production.
- Houndstooth. Six classic Petita houndstooth weaves.
- Tartan and Check. Fourteen patterns, including Solm racing tartan, plus tartan, squares, and Madras checks.
- Stripe and Weave. Two patterns, a flatwoven and an M stripe.
What Is Included
A pair of front bucket seats (driver and passenger), each with your selected Heritage Pattern fabric center, German-imported OEM Merino leather surround, structural frame, slider mechanism, and complete seat body.
Seat Climate
Seat heating is included as standard. For the G80, G82, and G87, optional active ventilation uses the vehicle comfort seat protocol and is controlled through the infotainment system. Installation requires one diagnostic computer pass. Ventilation availability for F chassis cars, non M chassis cars, and vehicles without a factory ventilation option is confirmed for the exact car before production.
Side Airbags and Shipping
Built in side airbags are included. The airbag units are sourced from the same contract manufacturer that supplies BMW. CarbonXtreme does not develop or manufacture the airbag units. Installation and system checks must be completed by a qualified workshop. The customer remains responsible for applicable local road, inspection, and insurance requirements.

Occupancy Sensor: Read This If Your Car Was Sold in the US or Canada
Cars sold in the US and Canada carry an occupancy sensor in the front passenger seat. It is part of the airbag system. It senses whether that seat is occupied and roughly how heavy the occupant is, and tells the passenger airbag whether to fire. It has been mandatory on US-market cars since the Advanced Airbag Rule was added to FMVSS 208, and the Canadian standard mirrors the American one. If you are outside North America, check whether your car is a US-spec import.
Our seats do not include this sensor at this stage. If your car has one, you can transfer it from your original passenger seat, or buy a new one. Left out, it brings up an airbag warning light on the dash. Tell your workshop before the install.
We are working with our supplier on having the sensor fitted from the build stage on future production.
Made to Order Status
This is a made-to-order build, processed on a first-ordered, first-built basis. If your chosen Heritage Pattern is out of stock at the mill, lead time may extend by 1 to 2 weeks. For the current production and delivery timeline, contact our customer service before ordering.

Early Launch Pricing
We are in the early launch phase of this build. Current pricing reflects an early-launch offer, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing as we move out of this phase. If we lower the price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.

Complete seat sets ship in wooden crates. Final delivery is made by liftgate truck, and the carrier handles unloading. Because the crate is difficult to reposition, use your installation workshop as the delivery address when practical.
Import duties and customs clearance are included with no additional fee. Transit estimates begin after dispatch. Vessel or flight booking and customs clearance may add a few days.

Small and medium parcel-air shipments are typically estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Oversized items may ship by sea or air freight depending on product size and route. Will these fit my BMW M?

Is installation different on G chassis versus F chassis?
Yes. For the G80, G82, and G87, the seats are configured for direct installation after the vehicle specification is confirmed. If active ventilation is selected, installation is followed by one diagnostic computer pass. For the F80, F82, and F87, the installer transfers the original computer module from the factory seat. Active ventilation on F chassis applications requires confirmation for the exact car before ordering. Every other chassis requires an installation procedure to be confirmed before ordering. Installation must be completed by a qualified workshop.

OEM Spec is the factory OEM color palette in German-imported OEM Merino leather, at the most accessible price. Heritage Fabric adds custom non-OEM colors, two-tone block designs, and vintage Heritage Pattern fabric centers — you choose a pattern family on that page. How customizable are the seats, and can I match my interior?
On OEM Spec, we use the same Merino leather sourced from the same supplier that supplies BMW factory interiors. The leather specification, grain, and factory color are identical to the corresponding BMW material. Any visible difference may come only from normal variation in natural leather or from aging in the existing interior. We confirm your selected factory color before production. On Heritage Fabric, you choose a pattern family together with the color direction. On Bespoke Leather, a dedicated designer confirms the leather, colors, quilting, stitching, piping, and any additional cost with you in writing before production.

This product is made to order. Contact us before ordering for the current production schedule. The listed price is for one pair of complete front bucket seat assemblies. Each seat includes its structural frame, bottom slider mechanism, and complete seat body. Complete seat sets ship in wooden crates with liftgate delivery, and the carrier unloads the crate. Use your installation workshop as the delivery address when practical.
Where does it ship from, duties, and returns?
Import duties and customs clearance are included in your shipping rate, with no additional fee. Components carrying BMW-branded elements may ship separately, at no extra cost, for compliance reasons. As a made-to-order build, orders accept a 30-day cancellation window before production lock; once production begins, orders are non-refundable.
