Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 15 days have gone by since the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Defective or Incorrect Item: The product you received is significantly defective, not as described, or contains major flaws due to our oversight.
- Original Condition & Packaging: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Once the product has been used oder installed on the vehicle, no return or refund will be accepted.
Subscription-Based Membership Refunds
If you are a subscriber to our paid membership (subscription-based plan), the following conditions apply:
- Used Membership Benefits: If you have utilized more than one-third of your membership benefits within the billing cycle, no refund will be issued.
- Unused Benefits: If you have not utilized more than one-third of the membership benefits, you may request a partial refund subject to our approval.
Compensation for Delayed Delivery
If the delivery time is significantly longer than originally promised due to our fault, we may provide an appropriate compensation—such as discount coupons oder partial refunds—based on the degree of delay and mutual agreement with you.
No Returns for Used or Installed Items
- Products showing any signs of use oder having been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned or refunded.
- This policy ensures that returned items remain in brand-new condition for quality assurance.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify You: Send an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
- Approve or Reject: Inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Process Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe. In some cases, we may offer store credit, discount coupons, or loyalty points as compensation, subject to mutual agreement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check Your Bank Account: Re-check your account or statement.
- Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card issuer; refunds may take time to officially post.
- Bank: Processing time can vary before a refund appears.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless there is a serious defect oder error in shipment caused by us, we will not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any items returned without prior communication may be considered abandoned.
Return Procedure
Before returning any item, you must first contact us at sales@carbonxtrem.com or any other way to contact us obtain a Return Authorization. Any items sent back without prior communication will be considered abandoned by the customer, and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance.
